Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer free exchanges, provide free return & exchange labels, and charge a $5 deductible for returns.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with the tag attached. Once the tag is removed or the item has been worn, it can no longer be returned or exchanged. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
To start a return or exchange, email us at support@nimodo.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges are subject to stock availability.
